Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the NitroVPN service operated by NitroVPN Limited.

Payments are generally non-refundable. A full refund may be issued if:

• The Service is completely non-functional and we are unable to resolve the issue
• The refund is requested within 24 hours of purchase

Partial refunds are not provided. Refund requests after 24 hours are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
